Just wanted to say thanks after 9 years as a welding apprentice

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I worked as a welding apprentice before this. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
