Just wanted to say thanks after 8 years as a machine operator

I posted here 14 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a machine operator. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?
