Just wanted to say thanks after 6 years as an insurance claims processor

I posted here 8 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as an insurance claims processor. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
