Just wanted to say thanks after 6 years as a logistics coordinator

I posted here 23 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a logistics coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I feel calmer and more organised now. What would help newcomers most?
