Just wanted to say thanks after 17 years as a web developer

I posted here 23 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a web developer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Anyone want to swap notes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
