Just wanted to say thanks after 14 years as a machine operator

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
