Just wanted to say thanks

I posted here 2 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a forklift operator. It has been a long 2 weeks. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
