Just wanted to say thanks - 5 months and counting

I wanted to thank the people who gave me practical advice. Thank you in advance. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
