Just wanted to say thanks - 5 months and counting

I posted here 25 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as an electrician's helper. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
