Just wanted to say thanks - 4 months and counting

I have read this forum every day since I lost my job. I worked as a home health aide before this. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
