I posted here 16 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a janitorial supervisor. Any experience at all would help. I feel calmer and more organised now. Is there anything I can do for others?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
