Just wanted to say thanks

I posted here 5 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a call-centre agent. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Two tips made a real difference: keeping a log and asking for help early. Is there anything I can do for others?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
