I posted here 10 weeks ago when I was panicking about my layoff as a social media manager. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I feel calmer and more organised now. What would help newcomers most?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
