Is there a group for job seekers near Wichita? after 14 years as a janitorial supervisor

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I think weekly goals would help. What format worked for you?

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.
