Is there a group for job seekers near Tulsa? - any advice?

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as an IT help-desk technician. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I think weekly goals would help. Does anyone know of a group?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
