Is there a group for job seekers near Detroit? - any advice?

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as an event coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I think weekly goals would help. Would anyone like to start one?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
