Is there a group for job seekers near Cleveland?, call-centre agent here

I want a weekly check-in with two or three people. Any experience at all would help. I am open to people from any field. Does anyone know of a group?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
