Is there a group for job seekers near Boston? (update)

I would like to meet others who are job hunting in Boston. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am open to people from any field. What format worked for you?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
