Is there a group for job seekers near Birmingham?

Working alone has been isolating since my layoff as an insurance claims processor. It has been a long 8 weeks. I can meet in person or by video.

I joined a small group of four. We share one goal each week and celebrate the small wins.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
