How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a forklift operator I have no real structure. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
