How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a data-entry clerk I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
