How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a web developer I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
