How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and my days blur together. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
