How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a paralegal I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
