How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a warehouse supervisor I have no real structure. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
