How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a production planner I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
