How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
