How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
