How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a copywriter I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
