How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a welding apprentice I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
