How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a dental hygienist I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
