How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
