How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a data-entry clerk before this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
