How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 19 weeks and my days blur together. It has been a long 19 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
