How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a payroll clerk I have no real structure. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
