How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a graphic designer I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
