How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
