How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a quality inspector I have no real structure. I worked as a quality inspector before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
