How do you organise your week after a layoff? - what worked for you?

Since my layoff as a home health aide I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
