How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
