How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

Since my layoff as a procurement assistant I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
