How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

Since my layoff as a call-centre agent I have no real structure. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
