How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and my days blur together. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
