How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

I have been out of work for 25 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
