How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

Since my layoff as a procurement assistant I have no real structure. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
