How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
