How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
