How do you organise your week after a layoff? (update)

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. I worked as a bank teller before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
