How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Tucson)

Since my layoff as a social media manager I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
