How do you organise your week after a layoff? (Toledo)

Since my layoff as a web developer I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
